Do you have a patient that would benefit from acupuncture?

Some examples include but are not limited to osteoarthritis, pre and post surgical procedures, orthopedic cases, upper respiratory diseases, Lyme disease.

Please contact me to discuss your patient. We can go over potential treatment plans, and I will keep you updated on the treatment and progress of your patient! Acupuncture is an adjunctive therapy to be used in conjunction with the primary veterinarian’s treatment plan. I think it is crucial and in the patients best interest to keep open communication with the primary veterinarian.

I am available to go to your client’s home but also can arrange to meet them at your clinic if needed. There’s a great benefit to acupuncture before and after surgeries. Ranging from neutering, dental extractions, and orthopedics – I can perform these at your clinic.

If you have any questions about acupuncture and how it works, I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. I took the Medical Acupuncture Course for Veterinarians at CSU. It is based on the changes that occur with acupuncture at a cellular level. The ” points” are located in areas where the nerve resides. Needling in these areas helps decrease sympathetic tone and ” windup” which decreases inflammation and pain. Dr. Narda Robinson ( DO, DVM, MS, FAAMA) was my instructor. She is currently writing a book that outlines how acupuncture works in animals but has her book on Human acupuncture already published. Please see Interactive Medical Acupuncture” on Amazon for more information on this book or look at CSUs website for more information on Medical Acupuncture for Veterinarians.

I will send you any appropriate forms that may need to be filled out before your patient’s appointment. At least three days before your patient’s appointment, please fax or email me their complete medical record.
